Troy Solis started his career as a radar and radio electronics technician in the U.S. Navy, working on systems where failure was not an option. After eight years of service, he moved into the medical device industry, advancing from R&D electronics into IT leadership.
In 2009 he founded SOL-I.S. on a simple idea: earn trust first, protect what matters, and always show up. Seventeen years later, that discipline still defines how we work, and it is why clients stay with us for a decade or more.
